Access to the service

To access the service the customer must:

• Confirm reading these terms and conditions and send the data requested in the form at the bottom of this page.
• Deposit at least $ 10,000 USD into your Avatrade account.
• Facilitate the connection of Quant4x to your account to activate the service.
• The service will be active only when the client receives the activation confirmation email.

Service commission

Administration Fee: corresponds to a percentage of monthly earnings according to the balance of the client's account (in USD):

• Less than 50,000: 20%
• Between 50,000 and 99,999: 15%
• 100,000 or more: 10%

Payment term

The service will remain in force indefinitely. It may be revoked at any time by sending an email to [email protected] from the email associated with the customer account registered in this form.

Any damage to the profitability of the funds resulting from the disconnection of the service due to non-payment of any of the commissions will be the responsibility of the client.

To access and maintain the Quant4x service, the account must have a minimum amount of 10,000 USD or the equivalent in local currency.

Deposits

The client may deposit money in his account at any time.

Confidentiality

Quant4x will not share any investor data or information on movements and operations with third parties. All information associated with the Quant4x service is strictly confidential and reserved.

Risks of trading FOREX

The investor declares that he understands the risks of operating with leveraged investment instruments and that our service does not guarantee permanent positive profitability under any circumstances. The returns obtained by our service in the past are only a reference and do not guarantee that they will be repeated in the future.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Quant4x from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

Quant4x is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Quant4x and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Quebec, Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
